This SMS Privacy Policy explains how Edward Kaminskyy ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the SkyyAI text-messaging program (the "Program"). It applies specifically to SMS/text messaging and supplements any other privacy notices we provide.
SkyyAI is a private, single-recipient notification service. It sends account notifications, reminders, and alerts by SMS to the account owner who has personally enrolled and provided express consent. No marketing or promotional messages are sent, and no messages are sent to any third party.
We collect only the mobile phone number you provide at opt-in and information related to your interaction with the Program (for example, the keywords START, STOP, and HELP, and message delivery status). We do not collect sensitive personal information through the Program.
Your mobile number is used solely to deliver the account notifications, reminders, and alerts you have requested, and to process opt-in and opt-out requests. Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We use a messaging provider (Twilio) solely to transmit messages on our behalf; such providers are prohibited from using the information for any purpose other than delivering our messages. We may disclose information only where required by law.
You opt in by texting the keyword START to our Program phone number. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP; you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
We retain opt-in and opt-out records as needed to operate the Program and to comply with legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect this information.
